I visited this auto center twice, and both times the service was outstanding. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. One visit was for AC issues with regular 80K service. They addressed all my concerns and did a great job they resolved AC issues efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I'm impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Met up with Mike the general manager there, after talking with him over the phone about resolving a transmission issue on my Nissan pathfinder. He was thorough and direct with the process, and I knew what to expect when I went in. His shop was expedient, and customer service was above and beyond. There was no extra upsale pressure, and I felt like they genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't have any problem recommending his AAMCO shop to friends and family.
I’ve been coming to see AAMCO for any and all work on my family’s cars for almost a year, and more recently Mike and Ian specifically. They’re knowledgeable, patient, provide top notch customer service, and reasonable on pricing. They’ve become my regular mechanics and are all around good guys. 5/5 stars all day.
