Met up with Mike the general manager there, after talking with him over the phone about resolving a transmission issue on my Nissan pathfinder. He was thorough and direct with the process, and I knew what to expect when I went in. His shop was expedient, and customer service was above and beyond. There was no extra upsale pressure, and I felt like they genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn't have any problem recommending his AAMCO shop to friends and family.
I’ve been coming to see AAMCO for any and all work on my family’s cars for almost a year, and more recently Mike and Ian specifically. They’re knowledgeable, patient, provide top notch customer service, and reasonable on pricing. They’ve become my regular mechanics and are all around good guys. 5/5 stars all day.
Thankful for the shop manager, Mike—he listened to my concerns about my car and was able to identify the issues I was having. He made the process easy and kept me up to date. Definitely, recommend this shop for any car repair.
